I explored a health site that was listed in the Web 2.0 awards list. It does seem that there is helpful information there that would be useful to me personally and could also help researchers at the library.
When I'm not working at the library or chasing dirt at home, I enjoy singing and playing gospel music with the other members of Heaven's Mt. Band.
Last summer I started kayaking. It is a wonderful way to enjoy God's creation and is a really good stress reliever. I just accomplished uprighting an overturned kayak and getting back into it while in water over my head. I've not been in any rapids beyond class 2 yet. But whether on a river or a lake, it's great fun and exercise.
